• Monthly accounting packages

• Once-off services (e.g., Tax Clearance PIN, VAT registration, SARS query resolution)

All services are provided in line with South African regulatory requirements. Prices are indicated on the website and exclude statutory fees, which are the responsibility of the client.

2. Ordering and Payment

1. Once-off services can be added to your cart and checked out via our website.

2. Payment is required via the methods indicated at checkout. For manual payments (EFT/Bank Transfer), work commences only after receipt of proof of payment (POP).

3. Delivery times are calculated from the date of receipt of full payment or official bank POP.

3. Personal Information

4. Client Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide accurate information for service delivery.

2. Clients are responsible for statutory fees payable to SARS, CIPC, COIDA, or other authorities.

3. Any delay in providing required information may result in a delay in service delivery.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

1. Once payment is received and services have commenced, refunds are not guaranteed.

2. For monthly packages, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

Compliance-Ease strives to provide accurate and professional services. However, we are not liable for:

• Losses due to incorrect client information

• Delays caused by third-party authorities (SARS, CIPC, COIDA, etc.)

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Compliance-Ease and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Compliance-Ease may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this website with the “Last Updated” date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
